I dont know what else to do... just take each day at a time...

I can't take this anymore( but obviously going to have to). I am so uncomfortable, not just the cant sleeping part> This is much worse then DD and DS.

I get no sleep at night tossing and turning, I have headaches galore from the gestational diabetes, I am only 31 weeks measuring 37. So i am HUGE.. Baby is going to be over 9lbs.. I am just grrr awful painful.

I have 2 toddlers to run around after that do family day care on a wednesday but no family here to take them for a overnight or day or anything.

My husband has to work.. So I just still do all the cleaning cooking washing etc.. and well I am buggered.

Add to that now symphysis pubis dicfunction... which i had with DD but not this bad..

I am just so over all of this... its a lot for me to take on with no help...

    Makes me really upset...

Oh hunny I totally sympathise. My SPD was awful - I still have my crutches if you want a wee borrow of them, they made my life so much better. Pop over for a cup of tea if you like and I am more than happy to take your kids for a few hours some day if you want a break or a sleep or anything.

I feel your pain too, it sounds like my last pregnancy where everything that could go wrong did, a word of advice try and do things in stages and plan ahead so you don't have to keep getting up and get your two little ones to help bring you things turn it into a game. Leave a lot of the housework it's not as important as your health.

I think the trick for the treatment to work is that you have to have constant treatment. If I ever get pregnant again (not likely) then I would be having weekly sessions at the chiro just to keep me mobile and out of a wheelchair

Really? wow thats quite strange. I had treatment with DD2 from 7 weeks to 28 weeks and I definitely noticed a difference when I moved to tassie and didn't have a good physio down here.

Glad they are helping, they were just sitting in a cupboard waiting for DS1 to break a leg on his motorbike which will hopefully be some time away so take your time with them.

Oh didi you poor thing. I haven't had spd but during the last 2 pg's i had sciatic problems and omg did that hurt. Made it hard to sit, stand or lay down so can just imagine what you must be going through. Can the dr give you something for it??? Hope you feel better soon. Wish I lived closer so I could help out.
