Has anyone had a period whilst pregnant?

I was just wondering whether anyone has had a period whilst pregnant?
    Was it different to normal?

Has anyone had a period whilst pregnant?

Yes with dd1, it got lighter each time until about 6 months then it was cramping when it was sue. But I also had bleeding with heavy lifting and bending with her. Had spotting with dd2 but no periods.

I have heard of some people having some bleeding during their pregnancy at about when their period would be due. Don't know much about it, though, and obviously it has never happened to me...

    Bahahaha Schmickers are you sure?

I was wondering about this also, I knew it happens to some people but was wondering if you can have no bleeding with the first pregnancy then regular "periods" with the next (if anything slightly heavier?)
I've had a few symptoms the last few months- increased CM, tired, headaches, feeling bloated, slight weight gain in the stomach region, morning sickness type nausea very occasionally, etc. I thought I was just being silly but DS is now off his milk and people keep suggesting it. I think it's probably just co-incidence though.
Also, probably a stupid question but would it show up on a HPT?

(sorry, not trying to hijack your thread just didn't see the point in posting my own on, essentially, the same thing.)

I believe the correct term for it is 'breakthrough bleeding' or something like that.

I had my first one right after I would have fallen pregnant, it was shorter and lighter, but after that, nothing
