Hey, you could try a camping store. They have these long cylindrical bags that are waterproof and you just roll the top of the bag down as far as you need and then there are clips on either side so it clips shut (in a circle kind of shape). It makes them airtight and reasonably water proof - can't smell the nappies inside til you open it to put the next one inI can't remember what they're called but they are "Sea to Summit" brand. They come in different sizes (I use 20L ones when out and about with DS and when he goes to daycare) and colours. They are reasonably cheap for the quality and the amount of use I've given them. We've been away and used cloth too and they can definitely hold 15 or more nappies.
