Have you tried Rockin' Green? What do you think?

Just wondering how many of you have tried the Rockin Green washing powder for you MCN's?

I purchased a few samples, and as most of my nappies are pretty new I didnt do the strip wash instead I have been using it day to day to wash my MCN's.

So far I really cant see what the fuss is all about.. I have noticed there isnt much smell at all, infact I cant even tell the difference between the scents. So for me I am not sure its worth the $$..

Very interested to see what your experiences have been!

no, but I've heard Mel talking about it.
    Where did you get it?
I usually use bicarb for mine so the smell won't sell me though lol.

Yeah I did the soak that was recommended, had been a while for me between strip washes.
The bath water was a little bit murky, but nothing above what I would have expected if I just soaked in normal washing detergent.

I probably soaked for too long cos the laundry (i had the washing machine full too) and the bathroom just smelt like wet clothes that had been left in the washing machine - you know that yucko smell? Thats what it smelt like. Even after I had washed them, some nappies still had that smell attached to them.

As for the fragrance, well I didn't notice it other than when I put the powder in.

TBH - I'm not sure I will continue using it (I got a sample sent to me by a friend) but I was told you're not supposed to use powder in washing machines cos its not good for them - so I dunno...
