I keep having dreams everynight that I am pregnant. My partner and I are talking about having a baby, but we have not decided on when. I think my dreams are freaking her out a little as she is never in them :P.
Being pregnant in a dream doesn't necessarily mean having a baby. It can mean that you are 'gestating' something new - could be a new career and new something that you are nurturing.
I used to have dreams that I was pregnant and it would be related to an idea that was at the back of my mind - i.e. thinking about going to university, changing career/job/house/state.
Your signature says you are a teaching student - maybe you are caring/nurturing your blossoming career as a teacher?
