here we go again!!!!!

After being sick before i even got out of bed this morning and being very conscious of carrying DD on my tummy i found out today that i am infact PREGNANT! Although only 4 weeks so its really early days so fingers crossed all goes well!
P.S....havent mentioned anything on facebook so thank goodness for you girls...so excited i have to tell someone!
