All kids are different, I think it would be best if you gave the parents a call and asked them.
I am having DS' 1st Birthday party in August and there is a family we are inviting who have a set of 1 yr old triplets, a three yr old and a five yr old boy with ADHD (I think that is what he has). So they have their hands full.
I really want them to come, but apparently the five yr old is fixated on the Wiggles - and what theme do you think we had already planned (and bought all the party supplies for last week)? Yep, you guessed it - The Wiggles. His father (DH's work colleague) says there is a kid with a Wiggles backpack at his pre-school and his son follows him around constantly. This is concerning the parents quite a bit as they don't want the boy to wreck the party, to the point they may not come :-(
Are there any activities / items I could have on hand that will occupy him at the party? I was looking at hiring these large sized, soft, lego blocks to occupy DD and another almost 2 yr old. Any info / advice kindly appreciated ladies :-)
