measurement conversions help!!

Hi,

I'm wanting to make chicken noodle soup for dinner tonight, but the recipe I have is American. I've been able to convert most of the recipe using online converters, but cannot find one to help with the "cup" measurements. I know US cups are different from Aus cups... I need 1/4 cup of dill, does anyone know how much I should use? Ta
