There are still a lot left and I wanna make something with them.
I made Orange and Poppyseed muffins the other day and they were hit, but I wanna try something else.
I like orange and ginger carrots as a side dish (serves 4)
2-3 carrots, cut into sticks
juice of 2 oranges
1/2 t ground ginger
1T butter
salt and pepper to taste
Add everything to a microwave dish and cook until the carrots are tender. Can be good to stir it once or twice during cooking to coat the carrots in the juice.
Apart from that, the Sunkist website seems to have lots of recipes (you can select "oranges" in their search menu to narrow the search).
If you've juiced lots of them, perhaps you could freeze them as sorbet or popsicles.
Another late reply but on BH&G last Friday night she made beautiful caramilised oranges dipped in chocolate sauce. YUMMY they looked easy to make. Maybe pick up the latest mag or check their web site.
