    Rate estimater

    Hey girls,
I have a feeling I have over estimated by a couple of grand (2 or3) (Ouch) So i have gone onto the Centerlink Online service and checked out the Family Assistance estimator... I did it for the amount I have told centerlink... And it gave me the right amount that I am receiving... I then did it for the amount that i think he has actually earned and it gave me a figure $20 less then what I am receiving...

So I would presume I would times that number by 26 fortnight (20*27 = $520)

So using that as an Estimate... I could estimate that I would only need to pay back around that figure - And not something in the thousands?

    Yes? No?

Is those estimators kind of correct?

for every 1000 you underestimate income, if it's for the family income (not lower earner/ftbb) you may have to pay back as much as 200. this will come out of your supplements before you get them so you may have no debt as such
