Blood in expressed milk

My nipple started bleeding while expressing at work this morning. There was no pain just a bit of blood and it stopped before I finished that side.

My question is, do you think I should still give it to DD? I know that swallowing blood isn't harmful when feeding from the breast (it never hurt DD when I had cracked and bleeding nipples in the early days). But would it be okay to give it to her after storing it? Since it's Friday I was planning on freezing it over the weekend for Monday, but perhaps it would be better to give it to her as soon as possible, if at all.

Blood in expressed breast milk is fine. It won't harm her at all.
