    any ideas what i could use? not really up with sherry

    hubby says dry white wine is a good sub.

    sorry should have said it for asian greens.... soy sauce and oyster sauce.. ended up using chinese rice wine

    ah well done. I was going to say that, as dry sherry is a substitute for rice wine.
