I know how you feel atm. In that Application Wait Period myself! Lovely big house that has been historically listed as it was the towns Maternity Hospital (Read, Birth Centre) oh so many years ago. Applied on Friday - about ready to drop dead from anticipation. I know the guy we spoke to is doing his utmost to secure it for us, its just the dog is a sticking point as a couple of the fences have fallen. DH has offered to install new ones though so - shouldnt be too much an issue! But feel free to send those vibes my way!! LOL
