    Thumbs up cheeap H harnesses

    Hi all
    I recently bought an H harness from our council and it only cost $20, heaps cheaper than places like babybunting or toys r us.
    Just thought someone might find this useful.

    wow that is cheap, i wonder if it's for all councils, or only the nice ones
