Which sort of breville bread maker do you have? I have the breville bakers oven(I think), and I have used lanuake french bread mix, the french bread recipe, and the basic bread recipe and they have all worked well. To well really as they rise to much. Do you add the ingredients in the order it says in the recipe?

The one I use is:
370ml warm water
2 tablespoons oil
2 teaspoons salt
2 tablespoons sugar
4and 1/3 cup plain flour (bakers preferrably)
2 tablespoons milk powder
1 teaspoon bread improver (available woolies baking aisle, 1 pack lasts ages)
1 and 3/4 teaspoons yeast.
Thats my machines basic loaf and it says to add ingredients in that order as well. Makes a 1kg loaf size. setting basic medium crust lasts 3hours
