350g oreos
80g melted butter
375g softened cream cheese
1/2 cup caster sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla essence
1 cup of cream
2 teaspoons gelatine, dissolved in 1/4 cup boiling water
200g white chocolate, melted and slightly cooled
1. put 250g oreos in food processer until crumbed, add butter and combine. press into greased springform tin and chill.
2. Beat cheese, sugar, vanilla until smooth, add cream and mix. then stir through the gelatine and white chocolate
3. roughly chop remaining oreos and stir through cheese mixture. spread over chilled base and return to fridge to set.
Is that the Kraft one? If it is I've made that before and it is delicious!! I bought 2 packs of cream cheese a little while ago, only because you got a free recipe book with them I've used one but still have one left over, so might make some of this before it reaches the use by date..or that's my excuse anyway!
