Saw this on your FB and as per my post there:

I LOVE how she compares to a professional life - if this was 'WORK' we would delete or delegate... HOW TRUE!
We all just ASSUME we should be able to deal with a baby, cleaning, cooking, shopping etc - we see 'perfect' mothers on TV and in the magazines, it's nice to know we don't need to be that!
I just wanted to add, i really wish more people did actually recognise having a baby as 'WORK' we don't all just get to sit home and do nothing.. it's bloody hard and bout time some people realised!

    Pinky is a legend.

I have to agree (and is my personal opinion) that new mums dont like to ask for help, we dont want to be seen as "failing".
The comment on getting out everyday with your baby and going for a walk, is so good, something so simple but can make such a BIG difference.

To help keep awesome people like Pinky on shows like Kerri-Anne, its important to give the shows feedback, a simple email helps them see that their audience loves it, and should keep bringing them in... or hopefully give them their own show! Very quick and easy to do, and beneficial for all mums out there! http://www.kerri-anne.com.au/contact_me.php

it's good to see a professional speaking out about how hard it can be to be a mum. god, the tiredness is so extreme sometimes, and you don't want to ask for help, for fear of being judged. really liked her interview, delete and delegate, good advice!
