Antibiotics 6 days before transfer?

Hi im doing a natural cycle and transfer will most likely be mon/tues next week. Iv had this dam cold since last thursday so im going to the doctor today, my nurse said if i can i should get on a pregnancy safe antiobiotic today to fight the cold as its not getting any better, she siad its safe to take but I just wanted to know if any one had an opinion or has taken antibiotics just before transfer???

Have been in that situation twice. With my first two transfers I got horrid sinus infections just before ovulation. My GP happily gave me pregnancy-safe antibiotics and all was well. The clinic wasn't at all worried about me being on them, and I think both times I finished the course of antibiotics just before transfer (we transferred blasts, so there was a bit of a delay between ovulation and transfer).

Thanks butterfly_warrior i went to the doc and she put me on a low/safe antibiotics and she too said there is no worries with taking it. i will finish taking them on sunday and transfer is on monday so good timing (not that it matters) i just want to feel well again so that i can be excited xx
