    Red face I don't know how it happened!!!

    I joined a Contours 6 week challenge which started on the 2/8 and went to the gym 5 out of 7 days.

    I had a weigh and measure at the start

    START
    Weight: 100.9kg
    Bust: 110cm
    Waist: 97cm
    Hips: 125cm
    Thigh: 76cm
    Arm: 34cm

    :::1 week in:::
    Weight: unknown as they only weigh at the start and end
    Bust: 113cm (I wore my sports bra racer back so it boosted everything and held it into place as I was gonna do ZUMBA!!!)
    Waist: 94cm
    Hips: 124cm

    :::2 weeks in:::
    Weight: Unknown
    Bust: 104cm
    Waist: 90cm
    Hips: 124cm

    So all this post is for is to prove to myself that changing my eating habit and exercising for at least 30mins 3 times a week can give you results!!

    I've cut out almost all sugars except the very rare treat and have upped my veggie and fruit intake!!!

    Feel so good after going to the gym too!!!

    that's awesome - sounds like a great start!

    actually, it was your post on FB about wanting to do the contours challenge that made me start investigating & even though i didn't end up with them, i started personal training last week. so indirectly, you've helped me as well!

    Congratulations - I've just started trying to get back on track too - you've just motivated me too keep with it (after a bad headache day). Not doing contours or anything but it gives me the motivation to know every little bit counts. Thanks

    Start of week 3 and I have lost more cms!!!

    9cms off my BUST!!!!
    4cm off my waist!!!
    0cm off my hips!!!

    MY BOOBIES ARE SHRINKING!!!!!!!!!!!!
