actually, it was your post on FB about wanting to do the contours challenge that made me start investigating & even though i didn't end up with them, i started personal training last week. so indirectly, you've helped me as well!
Congratulations - I've just started trying to get back on track too - you've just motivated me too keep with it (after a bad headache day). Not doing contours or anything but it gives me the motivation to know every little bit counts. Thanks
