    sugar free banana ice-cream

I saw this on facebook and decided to give it a try. My kids won't eat bananas once the skin starts to blacken, so I put them in the freezer at this point. Once frozen I chopped them and peeled them (have to do it in this order when frozen) then put them in the blender with a splash of milk.

And that's it! I have put it in a tub and back in the freezer, but it looks like ice-cream, tastes like ice-cream, but only milk and bananas! Perfect for in the summer when kids want to eat ice-cream all day.

I must have seen a similar recipe and it was great! Although it didn't need any milk, just bananas!

I peeled and chopped up a couple of bananas, froze them for 2 hours then put them through our food processor (it said blender, but ours didn't work) and it made perfect, creamy banana ice cream, the kids LOVED it .

I only added the milk because my blender likes a bit of liquid before it performs

Maybe that's why my blender didn't like it! The food processor saved the day
