was not expecting so much PAIN

i got a mirena put in this afternoon, on day 2 of my period , and by god, i was not expecting so much pain afterwards!! i mean, it hurt a bit going in, but afterwards, the cramps were horrific, i felt like i was going to throw up or faint. thankfully the pain killers kicked in after about an hour. but ugh, i still feel like crap.
