I can't believe they don't have a contact number

I am sick of ebay.

They have no contact ph number to talk to anyone about any problems. Its not just as simple as asking a live agent... For some reason my account has been suspended.... So I paid my overdue fees, but no The idiots bar me for over a week now. 7 emails, one everyday and no response...... How ridiculous that they can not have a customer service line after all they get alot of $$$$$ off sellers/buyers

I agree!

My DH got suspended once because someone tried to open an Ebay account using our email address, so they suspended DH until he could prove who he was. Mind you, we'd been using Ebay for about a year at that stage and not had any negative feedback and about 50 positives. We questioned why they didn't ask the other person to prove who they were. We just wanted to speak to a person, not type away and wait for generic responses.

I hope you get some answers soon and you're reinstated.

It is annoying isn't it! Have you tried using Live Help anyway? I'm not sure if you can if your account is suspended?

They do actually have a phone number, but it's only for Power Sellers.
