... and DD called it a day. Boohoo!!!

It's kind of bittersweet though. We were down to just one BF a day, the first feed of the day, and only from one side. She had stopped feeding from my left side about a month before. She was ready, she called the shots, and now I truly feel like I have my body back again, IYKWIM.

We had a terrible start to BF. It was hell, honestly. I wouldn't wish what we went through upon anyone. It all came together at about 12 weeks though and we shared an amazing bond from that point onwards. DD was both BF and bottle fed but mainly BF. I'm so proud that we got so far and even prouder that my little girl decided on her own when to wean. It sure made things a lot easier for her teary mummy! LOL!

I guess I'll be going to get some new bras this week - my old ones are too big!!! Boohoo again!! I am a bit excited about getting a new bra wardrobe though, especially some 'wonder bras' - something I've never needed before! Boohoo!
