    Chicken rissoles

I'm hoping that someone has a tried and tasty receipe for chicken rissoles. My kids love rissoles so I'm hoping they will love chicken ones too.

    TIA,
    Dan.

I don't exactly follow a recipe - and I couldn't be certain of the measurements, but these fairly basic chicken rissoles are tasty.
I start with 500g of chicken mince and add a few sloshes of soy sauce, a couple of tbs of relish (home-made), a little powdered chicken stock, sometimes a dash of keens curry powder, a little salt and pepper, a tiny shake of mixed herbs, an egg and breadcrumbs (enough to have a good rissole consistency). I've also seen where you can add mango chutney to chicken rissoles.
Like I said, pretty basic, but they're yummy with some gravy.
