    First Insurance Claim

Put in a claim last week for the damages done to our house. Wow, was a great experience, I don't know why but I just thought it wouldn't go as smoothly as it did. The builders are coming out tomorrow to asses the damage, when she asked how it occurred she told me they will be sending our excess bill of $300 to the mother of the boy. I'm not holding my breath she will pay it but the thought is there. Great service.

    Regards,
    Dianne

It's so nice when everything goes smoothly isn't it? Especially with insurance companies!!

I don't doubt the bad rep they've been given is unjustified in some cases, but when we were robbed/damaged last year everyone straight away said how we would battle with our insurance company. They were so helpful and prompt, it really was a painless process. Kinda takes the sting out, just a little bit.

Hope the repairs are finished quickly too

I've had 2 claims within 6 weeks of each other on my car this year (neither my fault) and my insurance company were really lovely. It's great when things go smoothly isn't it?
