We have reached that ackward point...

Right between laying round and flapping madly, pushing backwards and trying to motor forward.

And poor little man is so frustrated. He can push around in circles, and backward, and does the best superman impressions, but he is so frustrated not being able to go forwards. I know it is only round the corner.. He just almost got up into a crawl position a minute ago. You can see the determination on his little face... And I am encouraging all the way...

BUT All I want to do is pick the little man up and hold him and tell him NO. Please don't crawl. You are my baby, my last baby. Please don't grow up so fast. Stay my baby forever... Deep breath.

Off to and fish him out from under the table, and take his pants off, to see if he can get some grip on the floorboards, and finally go forward.

Aww hun i know how you feel.. only i WISH Z would crawl right now.. it's either sit or stand with her if it's stand then i obviously have to be next to her in case she falls and if it's sit it's fine until she realises i'm not in the room.

    She's started saying mum,mum,mum... aww

Stay little for just a little bit longer little man, let your mum enjoy you being still for just a tiny bit longer.

Awww Ruf He'll always be your baby no matter what he's doing, or how old he is. I know what you mean though, in the last month, DD has started with the mummum and daddada, sprouted her first teeth, and is now entertaining the idea of crawling. Where did my snoozy, snuggly bubba go??? Enjoy the last few moments of having a non mobile bubba
