    Red face I need ideas for drummies

    I have 2kg of drummies defrosted and have no clue what to do with them. Any ideas?? We are a versatile family, not much we don't like.

    I just slather mine in Teryaki sauce and put them in the oven....Mmmmmm!

    Roll them in some bread crumbs and herbs and roast them.
    Marinade them in your fave flavours and serve with fried rice
