Organising Pantry - What Sections Do You Have?

We have a walk-in pantry and it's ace except it's a complete shambles because I haven't organised it into sections yet and don't have much brainpower today.

So BB ladies, help me out so I don't have to think.

    So far I have:

    Rice/pasta
    Tins
    Breakfast cereal
    Oils/condiments

What else? Really want to conquer it today as it's driving me completely around the twist because DP is putting the same sorts of things in three different places and it takes me ages to find anything.

Mines not a walk in but it's got quite large shelves to the ceiling. At the very top I keep my platters and serving dishes etc. Then on another shelf I have all my baking stuff - mixer, flours, sugars, cocoa, all that stuff.
Next shelf is my cereals, bread, rice, pasta, teas, coffee, Milo, spreads.
Then the other shelf has all the oils, condiments, sauces, tins, spices, stock. Also keep my cling film, al foil, etc here too.
At the bottom it's just random, toaster, slow cooker, sandwich press, wine, potatoes and onions.

Ooohh I just cleaned mine up again yesterday - this is how I have mine.

I have three different sections, 2 sides and the front of it.

So on the front part of it, mine goes down in order like this:

Cooking stuff in containers, all named
    Breakfast cereals/cordial/various biscuits
Tinned food/noodles & pasta/garbage bags and alfoil and stuff
then I have two shelves with various kitchen appliances on them

To the left hand side I have:
Cooking stuff I rarely use, half full bags of flour and stuff that I couldn't fit into the containers/cleaning products (so the kids can't reach)
    Spices, sauces, condiments etc
tea towels, iron, spare plastic bags
dustpan and brush, dried dog food, my slow cooker
    more kitchen applicances

On the right hand side I have:
My crock pots and stuff, and medicine for the kids (so they can't reach)
A "junk" shelf with stuff like batteries, and things that need a home but can't really fit in anywhere else, measuring tape etc, nappy rash creams etc
    Onions and potatoes
and the last one holds all our crap that we can't find a place for. So at the moment I have a box in there that doesn't fit in any other cupboard, and some toilet rolls and the recycle rubbish.. LOL

I just organised mine the other day too (yay for cheap storage containers at Ikea). I've got...

    cereals/vitamins
    spices/condiments/tea/coffee/sugar
    baking stuff/lentils/pasta/spreads
    tins/onions, garlic etc

and at the very bottom the small appliances, sandwich press, juicer etc, spice grinder etc.
