I have a phone interview with AAMI on Tuesday and am just wondering if anyone has done one and what questions they ask?
The lady said they are behavioural questions like when have you demonstrated...
I want to sit down and prepare a set of times when I have demonstrated things like compassion, empathy etc and am just wondering what other traits they will ask about.
It is for the claims contact centre if that helps.

For future reference, majority of the phone interview were normal interview questions about experience and your understanding of the job and company. They only ask 2 behavioural style questions and they are relatively easy to answer, they also put you on hold for a minute to think about it.
It was a good experience and wasn't worth the stress and worry that naturally comes with an interview!
