blood in poo?

Hi guys wondering if you can help

Last week once and just now when tara did her poo, there has been blood in it. Do you know what this means?

Was it bright red or dark? If bright red, it may just be a surface cut. DD had the same a little while back. If so, just make sure shes getting enough fiber to prevent her poos being too hard. If its dark, then i would probably give your GP a call..

thanks so much for replying It was bright red. good point re the fiber and maybe water too she wouldnt drink any water today at all until just now. Thanks
