I'm no dentist but I too had teeth out recently. Mine were Monday and they are killing me. They said to expect pain for a week or so

Are you taking antibiotics? If not maybe see your gp for them and. Some pain meeds.

I've been taking panadeine forte. Two a day ( lol I only had one in labour )

ive only been taking panadol and that is ok. its just the fact that the top ones are hurting too..
it took him 30 min to pull this one out coz the root was curved. he had to break the root in two to get it out... ouchies... maybe thats why it is still so sore.

ewww, it is possible you have a dry socket, so the clot which closes over the extraction site has not formed?? this can cause pain on top of the "average" extraction pain.
