We left out the fetta because I couldn't be bothered going to the shops and added a handful of blanched green beans and a tin of chickpeas. I also added a small amount of grated ginger to the dressing because I had it and I love the warmth that ginger gives food.
Thanks Onyx - I found a different one online but am going to bookmark this because I want to make it again. The one I made had waaaayyyyy too much red onion in it.
