Im not a big water drinker...I have to force myself to have anything other then a cuppa but lately Ive been wanting to drink 'more' maybe its the warmer weather or my brain finally saying "DRINK IDIOT"
Tonight I poured myself a cold glass of natures gold and too ka big swig and just melted...OMG it was as if I has a scotch
mental not to one's self...in future when I feel 'hungry' between meals I'll be having a glass of water.
I LOVE water. Good on you maz. And don't forget you need to eat between meals too, this is my biggest mistake, well not mistake but I just don't eat snacks very often. But to get that metabolism going you need food between food. A good tip is a biscuit/cracker/yoghurt etc for morning tea and an apple and a handful of almonds for afternoon tea. The more you eat the more your metabolism will work off the food you eat at meal times.
