When I was working and I am about to go back in a couple of weeks. I always got my morning bucket of coffee (extra large) at a place near Spencer Street Station called Minx. It also helped that the barrista was quite nice to look at and remembered my name and order even though I only worked two days a week
I love a good Latte or Cappuccino. Can't remember which brand they used...I will find out in a couple of weeks Lol!
I always try and support independant coffee places.

I usually go to a cafe if it is on the way to work & if their coffee is good, I'll keep going. One brand I prefer is Segafreddo - always have had good coffee when they use that brand

    Yep, I do.

Ugees, Black Star or Cup in West End (Bris) or Brother Espresso (city/Bulimba) for coffee to drink.

To make it at home, I don't buy a brand of coffee, I buy the beans from one of those places and grind them myself. I use a traditional stove top espresso maker, but we also have a Chemex and an Aeropresse. Both awesome.

The Brunswick East Project in Melb is amazing, and Tre Bicchieri in Carlton North. Can't think where else off the top of my head.

I've never been much of a coffee drinker until about a month ago, now I have a daily coffee. I make mine at work though. I have a grinder which lives in my desk drawer. It's become my morning ritural. Making my own coffee and then enjoy it while I read my emails and eat my breakfast at my desk is just my little indulgence.

Ooooh I love everything about coffee too, the coffee shops, time out..... I love my Regurlar Skinny Decaf Latte.....I'm actually thinking I need to wean as I usually buy one every other day. But I don't get much sleep either!!! I live fairly remote so sad to say but the prob the best is at Macca's - we have some lovely coffee shops, great cakes & slices but they just don't nail the coffee!
I have my own machine, bought from a little gift shop, complete with my cobalt blue cuppacino mugs on top for display. Our woolworths sells Gloria Jeans coffee beans and they do a darn good job.

When we came to Melbourne in July there was an awesome coffee shop on Albert St in East Melbourne called funnily enough- Cafe on Albert St and they made the BEST coffee I have ever had. It was called Willy's and was obviously a pretty small brand . I can't wait to come back and go there again- the food was fantastic too.
I find the barista makes a difference too- we buy coffees at the cafe down the road from work and can tell if the usual lady doesn't make it cause she is better than the owners LOL

We have our own coffee machine as DP is such a coffee snob that he finds that he makes better coffee than almost everywhere - except for Seven Seeds in Carlton but he buys the beans from there for our machine and they are excellent.

Where I work uses Griffiths coffee and the other place uses Ranges Coffee. I don't drink coffee so I have no idea really, just thought I'd give you a couple of names.

I love Java coffee, it's available at lots of places (and it's fair trade, which makes me feel better about drinking so much of it )

Yes! That was one of the other ones on my list! If you ever see an aqua blue Malvern Star lady-cruiser out the front, it's mine. Won't be back for a while though

Ugees is great, their staff are all completely nuts. I love that they serve coffee. That's it. No tea, not even decaf, just awesome coffee. Ugees, Cup and Black Star are all within easy walk of each other, so if you ever make it up here, do the crawl. And try a Black Star cold press. They're sooooo goooooood.
