    the things we do..*TMI*!

I had a feeling tonight DD was going to do a #2 in the bath..she hadn't done one for the last couple of days and she has a habit of going in the bath ( ). Our bathroom is right next to the kitchen and I can see her from it so I can clean up after dinner while keeping an eye on her in the bath. I went in 3 or 4 times and all was good..just had to finish wiping her high chair and she went really quiet (like they do when you know they are up to no good!) and I raced back in...there is this huge log floating around the bath I half panicked thinking oh no I have to get it out before it breaks up (cause it is so much harder to clean up then! Lol) and almost grabbed it with my bare hands..thankfully thought better of that idea and grabbed a handful of tissues and picked it out with that, then raced across to the toilet...oh boy...so gross but I just had to get it out asap!

The things we do for our kids hey...

And its only a thing that a mother would understand! Although, I have to be honest and say we've (touch wood) never had a bathtime poo yet. But there is plenty of other gross things!

LOL, the other day, DS was running around starkers after his bath and I wandered into my bedroom after realising he was being very quiet. I was greeted by a very neat "log" on my bedside rug!
I went and got some toilet paper, picked it up and flushed it and then commented to DP about how easy that was, no poo's smooshed all over his bum or anything

5 mins later, DS comesout of his room (still starkers from the waist down - hell, be had already crapped in my room) with brown streaks all the way down the back of his legs *spew*

Turns out the "log" was just the proverbial "finger in the dyke"
The encore was all over his bedroom floor......

Ohh what i have to look forward to!

I'm not too fussed by poo, DD's first one was done on my leg after she was born and she did a number 3 the other day and DP wore most of it down his leg. He screamed and carried on but i just cleaned her up and threw her clothes in the wash.

    im not phased!

Oh yuck!! We've been lucky enough not to have had a poo in the bath yet but a few weeks ago I was looking at DS thinking "He doesn't look too good..." when suddenly he threw up. I didn't want him to get it on the floor rug so I instantly tried to catch it with my bare hands. Of course I couldn't contain it all. I didn't think about it until after - gross!

DD always does logs in the bath I think cause she has constipation problems and it relaxes her bum haha so I'm used to chasing logs haha.
One thing other people find disgusting but I don't at all is when say we are out at the shops and I buy some hot chips and DD wants one but they're too hot I will put it in my mouth and sort of gum it to cool it down before I hand it to her lol my mum freaks out she reckons its like a bird spewing into the baby birds mouth rofl ...
