the WORST cramps
can anyone offer me any suggestions please, the last few days I have had the WORST cramps I have had in years. there has been not a sign of AF and no sign of ovulation but these cramps are really painful. Have tested for pregnancy and got a BFN (sadly)
I am hoping AF is on her way but so far its been going on for 4 days
