    Question Bra After Breastfeeding?

DS2 has weaned, so after a combined total of 3 years i am no longer breastfeeding. As you can imagine, I no longer fit into any of my pre-pregnancy bras from nearly 4 years ago. At the moment I am still getting around in feeding bras, but I'm wondering, how long should i wait before I go and buy new bras? I would hate to go and get fitted and buy new ones only to have my BBs shrink in size over the next few months and then have to go and buy more iykwim?
So...I'm wondering..those of you who have breastfed before...how long should i wait before I go and get fitted for new bras?
    TIA

My plan (before fate stepped in and presented me with a *lovely* set of beige postsurgical numbers) was to lash out on a couple of new cheap cottony softcups (target) and then wait 6 months or so and then go and get fitted properly. The cottony softcups seem to accommodate changes in fullness a bit better than the wired ones.

Mine took 12 months to resettle but a lady at playgroup had to get refitted after 2 years. I went to the Bras and Things sale and got some gorgeous bras for cheap but I have to go get refitted now...

I was told to wait about 4wks after after full weaning by an independant Lingerie shop.
I like Marydeans idea for you as going by your ticker you are also on a weight loss journey and this could also effect your cup and back size.

Ginger, I've got some of the target brand ones. They have minimal seams, and a nice silky binding, the strap around the bottom is wide (therefore fairly supportive for a non-wired one) and they come in about 4 different (fairly boring) colours, pink, grey, black, white. I'm sure you just need to poke around in Target until you find some likely types them try them on.

ETA - they are nearly an identical design to the free ones that Berlei sent me last year, so I wouldn't be surprised if they are a Berlei bra rebadged for Target.

Be careful I bought a nice normal underwire bra to wear as Iain had dropped most his day feeds so I thought YAY I can get a nice pretty bra (it has polka dots ).. Bam 2 weeks later I find out # 5 is on the way LOL. Nice birthday surprise hehehehe
