What is this rash...?

DD has a rash, it looks like heat rash (small red dots) and started out quite sparse and faint but is now more prominent and is on her face, tummy and upper legs, with some on her back as well.

She had a super cranky day 2 days ago and was miserable, but was fine yesterday and hasn't had any temps. She has had a slight loss of appetite but is still sleeping well.

She also just had another tooth come through in the last week.

Any ideas? Do you think I need to take her to the Dr just in case?

When u press down on it does it go white?? sounds viral but probably best to get her checked

Ended up getting her checked out, just as you suspected it was viral.
