    why must kids.............

drag their GRUBBY grimy hands over every wall in the house oh it drives me mad.. as this house is DHA we cant re paint but every wall is white we have white floors walls and skirting boards i just spent like 2 hrs cleaning the walls again feels like i do it every other week..

so what do u use on your walls im scared im going to remove t he paint soon they get washed that often..

i tend to use water and sugar soap and those magic erasers for the hard to remove stuff like scuff marks etc.

hairspray and WD40 works for most things without removing paint. Those magic erasers are terrible for your walls.

baby wipes are good for a quick clean, or enjo-type cloths with water.

You've gotta wonder about the colour schemes that DHA chooses, don't you .

I was going to suggest trying a microfibre-style mop, see if that gets through the job a bit easier.

Either that or recruit the kids to clean it every time it gets dirty...I bet the grime rate plummets dramatically if you do that .

ETA - just realised your kids are prolly too young for that...hold that thought for a couple of year's time tho.
