Mirena & Tampons?

I forgot to ask and i'm not sure i saw it in the info anywhere, is it ok to use Tampons while you have the Mirena?

I know most of the time you only end up spotting but this is the first time AF has visited since getting it in and it's quite heavy and i HATE using pads.

If anyone can confirm if they used tampons or know if i can... TIA.

i only use them as well, i had the sweatyness of pads.

i did for my first AF after having the mirena and found it uncomfy when removing it, but it was only the once and iv havent had AF since
