Could she have an infection

DD toilet trained a few months ago and we had very few accidents, so I am not a bit puzzled as to why she is having lots of wet pants.. She isn't actually weeing anywhere other than the toilet and she normally gets there in plenty of time..

She has been on anti-biotics for a middle ear infection, and I did notice some white discharge when putting a nappy on for bed a few nights back. She hasn't had any since, so I haven't worried about it.

Would an infection cause her to leak between wees? She isn't at all concerned/distressed about it though.

My DS leaks between wees, but it's because he is so distracted and doesn't want to stop what he's doing to go to the toilet! If she had a UTI it would hurt, maybe you should ask her? Good luck

I doubt it'd be a UTI if she's already on antibiotics? If there is a bit of discharge, perhaps the antibiotics have given her a bit of thrush? Maybe the discomfort of that is making her let go a bit.
