She cut her finger

Little one just cut her finger index finger , it must have been on a toy or something , its a bad looking straight cut (bad to me maybe>)?
I washed it off and it was leeding a bit but has stopped it seems

Should i do anything/worry etc?

She is also crawling so worried about dirt getting in it but then a bandade she may swollow ?

I wouldn't worry about it too much if it's stopped bleeding, just wipe her hand down with a facewasher to keep it clean.
