    Constipation

my 10 month old has bad constipation to the point it is making her little bottom bleed (TMI) I have no idea what I can do or give her to try and relieve it. I hate seeing her in so much pain

What sort of fruit does she eat? Kiwi fruit is an excellent one to give to help move things along. You could also try prunes or prune juice.
It may be worth taking her to a GP if it gets too bad, just to check out the bleeding.
    Hope she is better soon

I tried her with A prune or 2 today so I hope they work dont want to do to much as she has such a basic diet due to food problems and that may be why she is. Think DD1 has been feeding her foods she dosnt tolerate very well

    Your poor little possum.

DS was 11 months when this started with him, he had a little tear which bled I was told by my GP to give him Lactulose. It's available over the counter from the chemist and you give them roughly 5mls I think. It helps draw moisture back into the stool to help it pass easily. Maybe speak to your Pharmacist tomorrow and see what they suggest?

Otherwise, there is always warm water and a belly rub that you could try. I hope it settles down soon.
