I'm REALLY sick of the oiliness!!!!

My hair and skin is DISGUSTING lately!

I am SO FREAKIN oily. I usually wash my hair every 2nd day (normal for me) no conditioner, as it makes my hair really oily. Well, for the pst month, I HAVE to wash my hair every day! By mid morning my hair is disgusting and it looks like i havent washed it at all!

My skin, I wash twice a day and have done for several years ... but I am breaking out like a hormone crazed teenager with pimples all over my freaking face! - ok, maybe a bit of exaggeration being all over my face, but im getting ALOT of zits, its gross!

DO you have any suggestions on what I should use? I am currently using John Freida shampoo, but am noticing every few weeks i have to change cos they shampoo doesnt look like its even cleaning my hair!

Please help me - its embarrassing!

Perhaps try some of the natural shampoo and conditioners like Moo Goo. It's available in most health food places. If you are on FB they also have a FB page.
I have started using it a month ago, it's great. I wash every second day. You have to wash your hair twice with the shampoo to get a lather, I have been told by a hairdresser you should wash your hair twice anyway then condition. I was also explained it takes your hair about a month or so to adjust to a new shampoo.
I am also about to start using their skin care products as well.
I know how you feel. Perhaps have your iron levels checked as well, as I think low iron is one of the things that can play havoc with hair and skin.

Thanks Heather & KM, I just cant conditition though, it adds a coating on my hair which creates more of a dull oily look.

Just reading online about lemon juice and water. i think i'll try it and see if it works LOL
