    Flipping pillows

I couldn't decide if this was to be in the "home and money" section or "general chatter", but decided on the former as pillows are at home

What I really want to know is - do you flip your pillow for the cold side?

I do. And I have a back-up pillow incase my pillow is not cool enough

So, do you? Or am I the only one? DH thinks I'm weird.

lol I just realised the title of the thread could have been better worded... sounds like I'm cranky at pillows

Lol if your wierd, so am I... I do it in summer when my pillow gets too warm. Never thought of a back up pillow...

I thought you were frustrated with pillows

Lol, flipping pillows... I thought you were being grumpy!

I don't flip mine cos I don't wake up through the night and I'm too anal about how they need to go. Opening in the middle, with the little flappy bit over the pillow going down towards the bed. Can't flip it or I'll be up all night worrying it isn't right!

    I flipping love pillows!

I currently sleep with 5, so if I flipped them all, they'd be warm by the time I was done!

Sometimes I flip, sometimes I don't. Depends how tired I am, and how quickly I fall asleep. I find if I haven;t done enough exercise in the day I get way too hot in bed at night and it takes me ages to sleep, so I'm more likely to flip.

I do it, yes I have backup pillows, and it makes a certain person laugh when I do it until I take the pillow from his side of the bed if mine isn't cold enough.

I totally flip...not just for the cool side, but atm we have rather sad old pillows, and the weight of your head for a long period of time pushes all the fluff up the top, so I must flip to get the fluffier bit! Only gripe is that the opening HAS to be on the outside. I can't wait to get new pillows; DF's dream one is a latex, mine a memory foam.

I flip my pillow, yep. I have back ups if it's not as cool as I want it to be. My DS1 is a pillow flipper too. Lol.

Flip, spin, throw aside, hug... I do whatever it takes to get comfy

I also have a body pillow but it has lost a lot of it's fluffiness in the middle so my knees aren't getting the support they need

I flip my pillows. I have 3 and I sleep with 2 in an upside down V and the other gets hugged. They get rotated throughout the night too.
