    Wow, sounds exhausting!
    Does he eat other meals? Could it be sensory?
    Have you tried giving them dinner a bit earlier? He may be past hungry by 6:30 if he hasn't eaten since 3:00.
    What is he eating during the day? Maybe you could give him his main meal at lunch time?
