    name changing

I would like to know whether i have to revert back to my maiden name on the all documents in order to be able to use it to marry M..

I never changed it by BDM, just basically used my marriage cert to change it.. everything is in exh surname.

but i dont want to marry M with exh surname if that makes sense... but its alot of changing names to just change it again.

I can only think that some info might be on the Office of Consumer and Business affairs website? I'm not sure how it would work actually (I heard from a friend recently that we are always known by our maiden names in the eyes of BDM, don't know how it works though sorry).

    P.S - Have you set a date yet ?

You can revert to your maiden name at any time, don't need to do anything official. You can just ask everyone to refer to you with your maiden name, and inform Banks, Medicare, etc by showing them your Birth Certificate.

I don't know that you'd have to officially change it to get married again, but I guess you're not wanting to walk down the aisle so to speak and have your previous married name mentioned during the ceremony are you? Do you know who will be doing the service for you? Perhaps ask them what you need to do as well?
