I am tossing up on whether to do JC or WW and was wondering if any of you have tried......I am very embarrassed to say that I have gone where I never wanted to and I am now wearing size 22 pants but still in 18 tops.
I want something that is long term, something that has a program to help u maintain the goal weight.
So back to topic, Lol, Has anyone done or know of anyone that has been with Jenny Craig???
If you can afford to do JC and keep doing it for a long amount of time it is good (my mum did it but couldn't afford it after a while) otherwise you could create your own healthy eating plan and exercise routine that fits in with your everyday life.
If you go see a dietician they can give you hints and maybe even possibly give you a diet that you can keep up with for a long while and one that can help maintain your goal weight.
And don't feel embarassed you are going to do something about it and you will feel great because of it
I did Jenny Craig, and lost 14 kilos in 8 weeks (although I was doing a lot of exercise) it cost me approx $140 a week plus extra for fruit and vege and yoghurt. It obviously was good, but I had to stop before I got to goal because I just couldn't afford it anymore. And as soon as I stopped I put on 4 kilos because I didnt know how to eat properly. With weight watchers you learn how to eat, prepare low fat healthy food and you can eat the same food as the rest of the family so a lot cheaper.
