Chicken roll - whats really in it?

As in the precooked chicken roll that you slice to put on sandwiches and crackers. Like polony I guess. My DD LOVES the stuff on crackers, but as I was slicing it today I just got thinking, what is this stuff really made up of!? I am hopeless at understanding ingredients on the packet, so i looked online and couldnt find much. Does anyone know? Is it harmless or really not the best stuff to be feeding to a toddler?

I think there might be some meat in there... of some description. Other than that I have no idea.

Haven't got a clue, hope someone can help you out. It's highly processed though, isn't it?

Personally I can't stand that kind of stuff, if I want cold meats for sandwiches I buy a BBQ chook or a smoked whole chicken breast and leg ham with the bone in and carve it myself.
