Question BEST vanilla body wash ?

I love vanilla scented things. Especially perfume. I have a Body Shop vanilla body spray which I think is utterly divine. I use it everyday. I also have a Yves Rocher Vanilla Nectar shower gel, which I think is also quite delish. But when it runs out, I can't get any more, as it was given to me by someone who came back from the US. Oh, nearly forgot, have an Avon vanilla and soy bean wash which isn't bad.

What vanilla body washes have you all used, (well, actually interested in feedback for anything vanilla), and what did you think of them? Has anyone used the St.Ives products? I luv my vanilla scent. But the more natural smelling ones...

I've noticed online that the Body Shop has a new (well, new to me) range of vanilla products, which I would love to try. But, I don't know if I could splurge that much all the time for body wash, body butter, body scrub, soap and lip balm (cos I know I'd just have to get it all! )!

Thank you in advance my fellow vanilla scented BBer's!

    You've made me want some!

It's nearly Christmas, could you splurge on just one of the new vanilla range?

The St Ives vanilla body wash is DIVINE. I use it all the time I used to have the soy milk & vanilla Avon body wash and liked that one, too

I don't know about the Body Shop sprays, but I do know that their vanilla oil was reformulated a while ago and now, instead of smelling like sweet, delicious creamy vanilla, it now smells like new car scent - a real disappointment I can't wear it any more!

Yep, hard core St Ives Vanilla fan here - love love love that creamy fragrance. They do a moisturiser in the same scent too.

AngeArt - I sometimes have trouble finding it but when I do, Priceline *always* has it.

Glamourcide - yep I've stopped using the Bodyshop Vanilla perfume after Oreal took over and put their nasty nasty smell in it. However about 2 years later, I found an old bottle with dregs of the REAL STUFF in it, I was in raptures until that ran out.

Am toying with the idea of mixing up my own formulation using natural vanilla beans. Hmmmmm

Sorry for the delay in coming back!

I'm sure that I could splurge for Christmas... After all, it is for me that we're talking about!

Glamourcide; WHAT! What do you mean they changed the vanilla oil? OMG, I hope they didn't change the spray! Mine is at least six years old (I didn't use it for a long time!), so I hope its still the same scent! I had another vanilla body spray about twelve years ago, which I got from a chemist, which was also really rich smelling. Maybe I'll just have to look around.

I used St Ives vanilla moisturiser about ten years ago I think, so can't really remember it, but will give the wash a go at least when I start to run low. Or maybe I'll just get it now...

Thanks for all the feedback! Most appreciated.

The changeover in Vanilla fragrance happened well before the takeover and had nought to do with it. I had customers screaming the house down but luckily I managed to source a heap of the old one to keep them all happy....for awhile anyway.
